John Ramos Named Director of Coaching

The Plantation Eagles have named John Ramos as Director of Coaching. Ramos has been a fixture in the Plantation soccer scene dating back to his days as a youth player when he led the Eagles to the Dallas Cup. Ramos is the Director of Soccer and the head coach of the boys team at American Heritage. He coached the team to a state championship this year, with a record of 26-2-1. In his two years at Heritage, Ramos has a 42-9-4 record. The Sun-Sentinel named Ramos Soccer Coach of the Year in March.

He played in college at Nova Southeastern and played semi-pro in the United States and Europe. Ramos intends to introduce a comprehensive program to eventually move the Eagles back into the very elite of Florida soccer clubs.
